Santa Rosa is a city situated about an hour north of San Francisco in the North Bay area and is the county seat of Sonoma County in beautiful wine country. It is comprised of various attractive neighborhoods that offer something for everyone. Northeast Santa Rosa is conveniently located next to the city’s historic downtown district and Old Courthouse Square. The east side of the city features neighborhoods of luxurious single-family homes like Proctor Terrace, Montecito Heights, and Alta Vista.
 
Sonoma County has a long and rich history as one of the premier agricultural regions of the United States. In addition to an array of shopping, dining, and recreational activities in town, Santa Rosa residents are in proximity to at least 250 wineries spread out over 13 districts. Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa’s premier winery features a fantastic garden of sculptures, excellent wine with cheese pairings, and a luxurious tasting room. The renovated Old Court House Square is home and host to a variety of events and fun recreational activities that bring the community together.
